Security & Responsible Disclosure

Last updated: September 8, 2026

We welcome good-faith reports from security researchers and customers who believe they have found a vulnerability in Pro PaintOps.

How to report a vulnerability

Email support@propaintops.com with a clear description, the affected URL or feature, reproduction steps, and the potential impact. Do not include customer data, access tokens, passwords, or other sensitive information in the initial report.

Good-faith research

When investigating a potential issue, please:

  • Use only accounts and data you own or have explicit permission to test;
  • Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, social engineering, and destructive testing;
  • Stop and report the issue if you encounter another customer’s data; and
  • Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.

Our response

We will make a good-faith effort to acknowledge valid reports, assess their impact, provide status updates when practical, and remediate confirmed vulnerabilities based on severity.
